By accessing or using Online Board Games Hub (the “site”), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The terms apply to every visit, on every device, whether you play one game or browse only the written guides.

The site offers free browser-based adaptations of well-known board games, card games and dice games, together with written guides about those games. No account, registration or payment is required. The games run locally in your browser; no game session is stored on the site’s servers, and nothing about your play is transmitted to the operator.

The service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information. It is funded by third-party advertising, which is what allows access to remain free.

The site’s design, source code, written content and original artwork for boards, cards, tiles and interfaces are the property of the site operator and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish or redistribute them without permission.

Many game names used on the site are trademarks of their respective publishers and owners. The site is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them, and claims no rights in those marks - the names appear only as descriptive references. You agree not to misuse the site. Without limiting that general obligation, the following are specifically not permitted:

• interfering with the site’s operation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, or probing, scanning or testing it for vulnerabilities without permission;
• using automated tools to scrape content or game data at a volume that degrades the service for other visitors, or otherwise overloading the site with requests;
• commercially re-embedding, framing or reselling the site’s games or content on another product, service or website;
• using the site for any purpose that violates applicable law.

The operator may block access from devices or networks that abuse the service, without notice, to keep the site available to everyone else.

The site and everything on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied - including, but not limited to, warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that game implementations will be free of bugs or match every rule variant of the games they are named after. Game adaptations are simplified editions, as described on each game page and in the disclaimer.

Games may occasionally be updated, rebalanced, fixed or removed. Nothing on the site should be relied upon as a permanent or official reference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site - including losses connected to game sessions ending, since games are not saved and no session data is stored.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero: the service is free.

The site displays advertisements served by third-party platforms. Those ads fund free access, but the operator does not control which specific advertisements appear and does not endorse, recommend or guarantee the products, services or content advertised. Your interactions with an advertisement - including any purchase - are between you and the advertiser.

Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies, as described in the privacy policy, which also explains how to opt out of interest-based advertising.

These terms may be revised at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its revision date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms; the date line exists so you can check what changed and when.

These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws that apply where the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a specific jurisdiction applies to your use, it is the one stated by the operator in any future notice on this page.
